Many people tend to eat less as they get older. Because they are afraid to gain weight. And this can cause the face to age faster. So be careful and stick with good healthy foods,” said Ann Ramark, a nutritionist specializing in skin health and founder of the blog A Younger Skin.
Even staying hydrated and drinking an abundance of water helps to flush the toxins from your skin revealing brighter and healthier skin. As you age, we never leave ourselves time to sleep, but rest is so restorative for the skin. This time to recover from the damages of the day makes the skin less puffy, more hydrated, and less saggy. Maintaining a daily skincare routine and being mindful of your body throughout the day is essential in achieving a healthy glow and keeping your skin in good condition.
